Design and sizing

A well-made panel starts with calculation: load power and diversity, main breaker rated current, busbar and cable cross-sections, breaking capacity matched to the prospective short-circuit current. We also check the panel's thermal balance (CEI EN 61439 standard) to avoid overheating, sizing the enclosure and ventilation accordingly.

Workmanlike wiring

The quality of a panel shows in its wiring: conductors sized and colour-coded to standard, correct lugs and ferrules, tidy trunking, respected tightening torques. Every wire is labelled and shown on the diagram, so whoever works on it in the future understands the system in minutes. This care is what reduces faults and speeds up maintenance.

Automation and electronics

We integrate the electronic and automation side into the panels: PLCs and programmable relays, contactors, power supplies, I/O modules, metering and consumption-supervision devices. We properly separate power circuits from signal circuits to avoid interference, and provide surge protective devices (SPDs) for the most sensitive equipment.
